1. General Overview

ak4 is an online gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ak4 website (ak4.cam) and all related services. 6. Deposit Terms

The following rules apply when depositing funds on the ak4 platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 — this applies to all payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits sent through a third party or another person will not be accepted and the funds will be returned.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once on their first deposit only.
• To withdraw the bonus amount, the total bonus must be wagered 10 (ten) times (wagering requirement 10x). For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, it becomes withdrawable after placing ৳20,000 in bets.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Wagering requirements may also apply to winnings earned using a bonus.
• ak4 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.

9. VIP Program and Cashback

ak4 operates a three-tier VIP program — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on gaming activity and participation on the platform. Cashback will be added directly to the account and separate wagering requirements may apply. ak4 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

10. Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse or fraudulently exploit bonuses — including collecting bonuses from multiple accounts, changing payment details to take advantage of bonus offers, or artificially fulfilling wagering requirements — gives ak4 the right to immediately close the relevant account and forfeit any deposited funds.

11. General Gaming Terms

All games on ak4 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The outcome of each game is determined by an audited Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. Gaming terms include:

• All bets are final — once confirmed, they cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If the outcome of a game is uncertain due to a technical error, ak4 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the deposit.
• If evidence is found of manipulation in a game or exploitation of a software error, that bet will be considered void.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision and the game manager's ruling are final.

12. Sports Betting Terms

The following terms apply to all sports betting, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events):

• Bets are valid before a match begins. In-play betting after the match starts may be available for certain events.
